TERMS & CONDITIONS [STREAM TO WIN ”MASTERPIECE”, BASSHUNTER

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. You must be a legal resident in Sweden and be 18 years or older to enter into this Competition. The competition is being held in Sweden.

By entering this competition, in accordance with these T&Cs, you confirm that you would like to enter the Competition (as defined below) to win the prize set out below and you confirm your agreement to these terms and conditions.

1. Promoter

This competition (the “Competition”) is being run by Warner Music Sweden AB (reg. no. 556055-2605) (“Warner”“we”“us”, “our”). We are the “promoter” of the Competition. If you have any questions regarding the Competition or otherwise need to get in touch, please email us at tavling@warnermusic.com

2. Description of Competition

Listen to the song “Masterpiece” by the artist Basshunter on Spotify and get the opportunity to win a gift card at Steam (https://store.steampowered.com) and the chance to get to play online together with Basshunter.

3. Eligibility

(a) In order to enter this Competition, you must be over 18 years old and have your residence in Sweden.

(b) Employees (and their families) of Warner, affiliate companies, agencies, and any other company or persons directly connected with the development or administration of the Competition, are not eligible to enter.

4. Competition Dates

The Competition commences on 19^th of October 2018 (the “Start Date”) and is open until the 25^th of October 2018 (the “Closing Date”). We accept no responsibility for lost, late, illegible, indistinct, incomplete or misdirected entries and such entries will not be submitted for the judging process.

5. How to Enter

(a) Read the instructions set out in these T&Cs and on the website http://www.wminewmedia.com/terms-of-use/ (the “Site”) carefully.

(b) Stream the song “Masterpiece” by Basshunter on Spotify. The person who streams the song the most between the 19 – 25 October 2018 will be the winner.

(c) Warner accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged (for example by data corruption) or delayed, or for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems, software and/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction, including problems with internet connectivity. Late, incomplete, incorrect, corrupt or suspected fraudulent entries will not be accepted.

(d) You can only compete once in the Competition

6. Prize

(a) The prize is a gift card at Steam (https://store.steampowered.com) worth SEK 500 + the opportunity to play one game online with Basshunter. Warner decides which game and the time for the game in consultation with the winner.

(b) The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be available for any prize. However, we reserve the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value at any time if we withdraw the prize (in whole or in part) for any reason or it becomes unavailable (in whole or in part). The prize is subject to availability and other restrictions.

(c) The winner is responsible for all applicable personal documentation and taxes, if any, relating to and/or payable in respect of the prize. We will not be responsible for providing any alternative prize if the winner is unable to accept the stated prize for whatever reason.

7. Selection and Notification of Prize Winner

(a) The winner will be selected by Ellen Fjaestad and Robert Skowronski (the “Judges”). The Judges will evaluate the contestants based on these T&Cs based on the following criteria: number of streams of the title Masterpiece by Basshunter on Spotify during 19 – 25 October 2018. The Judges’ decision is final.

(b) The prize winner will be announced on the Site and will also be personally notified via e-mail on the 26^th of October 2018 (the “Announcement Date”). If you are chosen as a winner and your contact details have changed since your entry in the Competition, we reserve the right to disqualify your entry and choose an alternative winner.

(c) The winners must respond to us and accept the prize within 48 hours of our sending the notice. If the winner does not respond and accept the prize within 48 hours of our sending the notice, we are entitled to, in our sole discretion, choose an alternative winner.

(d) Each of the winners consents to the use of his/her name, voice, picture or other likeness for advertising, promotional and other purposes in relation to the Competition in any media as determined by us without further approval or compensation.

8. Your Personal Data

Information collected from you is subject to our Privacy Policy, located at http://wminewmedia.com/privacy/se/. We are the “data controller” for the purposes of this Competition. Accordingly, by entering into this Competition you also accept the terms and conditions set forth in our Privacy Policy.

By entering the Competition, you agree to let us use your personal data provided due to entering the Competition in accordance with the Privacy Policy above and what is stated in these T&Cs.

9. General

(a) The Competition and these T&Cs are governed by the laws of, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of, the relevant courts in Sweden.

(b) Subject to, where applicable, the approval of those authorities that have issued permits for the conduct of this Competition, we may in our absolute discretion modify, amend, cancel or suspend these T&Cs, the Competition and/or the prize(s) at any time if we deem it necessary, due to technical reasons or to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidance, or if circumstances arise beyond our control. No liability shall attach to us as a result thereof. We also reserve the right to disqualify an entrant and/or winner in our absolute discretion if the contestant is in breach of these T&Cs.

(c) We shall have no liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Competition or acceptance, use, misuse or non-use of any prize(s) (including activity or travel related thereto).
