1. To be eligible to enter, entrants must be 'following' the Topsify NZ I Heart Michael Bublé Playlist plus Michael Bublé, and be a New Zealand resident. If a winner is drawn and they are no longer following the playlist, then their entry will be deemed null and void. 
2. You are providing your information to Warner Music New Zealand and not to Spotify.
3. Employees of Warner Music, Their Agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. All entries must be made via the online entry form.
5. Entries are limited to one per Spotify account. Entries must be received by the specified cut-off time on the End Date. Entries received after the End Date or otherwise outside the Sweepstakes Period are void. The Sweepstakes may only be entered from and in New Zealand. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, an Entry is “received” when the Registration Page’s servers record the Entry information. Proof of sending (such as, without limitation, a printed, saved or copied automated receipt confirming entry, a “thanks for entering” screen or message) does not constitute proof of actual receipt of the Entry. Any attempt at entry except as above stated is void. All Entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor, Artist and their respective Affiliates assume no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected Entries, or for human error, or malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software or any other technical problems related to Entries submitted through the Registration Page. To enter an entrant must be a registered user of Spotify. If an entrant is not a registered user of Spotify, the entrant must visit www.spotify.com to register for free. Registration for and use of the Spotify platform is subject to its terms and conditions and Sponsor has no responsibly with respect to such registration or use of Spotify. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Spotify.
6. No responsibility is taken by Warner Music NZ for late, lost or misdirected entries. The judges' decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Entrants may only enter once and the entries must be received no later than 11:59 pm on Monday 24/9/2018.
8. The draw will take place at 9am on Tuesday 25/9/2018. The prize winner may be posted on the Warner Music NZ Facebook page, and notified by email.
9. If any winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to notification on or before Tuesday 25/9/2018 at 2pm the prize will be declared null and void at the discretion of Warner Music NZ and another winner will be drawn immediately.
10. Warner Music NZ reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.

11. The prize winner will win two tickets to Michael Bublé’s Sydney show on October 5th, return flights for two from Auckland to Sydney, and one night’s accommodation in Sydney.

12. Entrants are responsible for all other travel and costs including airport and concert transfers.

13. Winners must hold a current valid passport and have no criminal convictions that could prevent them from overseas travel.

1. 14.  The Winner MUST have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports and Visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination.

15. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities (including any costs associated with delay), will be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

16. The Winner will be responsible for expenses including,  but not limited to, spending money, meals, drinks, transport, laundry charges, activities, incidentals, taxes (excluding departure and any other flight associated taxes included within the Travel Prize), gratuities, services charges, passports, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Travel Prize.  The Winner must obtain travel insurance to protect themselves against additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

17. The Travel Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Travel Prize must be taken as stated in the Specific Rules and no compensation will be payable if the Winner is unable to use the Travel Prize as stated.  For the avoidance of doubt, if the Winner is, for whatever reason, unable to travel on a nominated date during this period, whether the failure was due to reasons beyond the Winner's control or otherwise, then the Winner will forfeit the Travel Prize. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash and is redeemable on Air New Zealand services only.

18. Once booking is confirmed no changes are permitted.

19. All prize travel is subject to Air New Zealand’s Conditions of Carriage, to view visit http://www.airnewzealand.co.nz/conditions_of_carriage_info.htm. Prize travel is not eligible to accrue Airpoints Dollars™, Status Points or frequent flyer points under any other carrier’s loyalty program.

20. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, entrants agree that their name, town/suburb and photograph may be used for publicity purposes in connection with this promotion in any media, without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.

21. Entries will become the property of the promoter. By entering, you agree that your details may be used for database purposes. You will receive promotional information from Warner Music NZ from time to time and may unsubscribe at any time.

22. Warner Music NZ and any other agencies associated with this promotion will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is sustained (directly or indirectly) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained by any entrant or prize winners in connection with this competition or any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

23. The Promoter makes no representation as to safety, conditions and other issues that may exist at any destination.  International travel advice can be obtained from various sources, including government, local consular offices and the web site of the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.  The winner accepts the Travel Prize at their own risk.

24. All travel is subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions of the Travel Prize service providers.  Any travelling companion included in the Travel Prize (if applicable) accepts the Travel Prize subject to these terms, conditions and restrictions as if references to the Winner in the relevant clauses were to the travelling companion.  The Winner and their travelling companion must sign a legal release, in a form acceptable to the Promoter in its absolute discretion, if requested by the Promoter. If the winner is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian will be required.

25. In the event that the prize specified in the Promotion becomes unavailable for any reason, Warner Music NZ has no responsibility for the provision of the prize and is not obliged to provide an alternative.
